Chinese medicine Treatment

Chinese Medicine is a broad range of medicine practices sharing common concepts which have been developed in China and are based on a tradition of more than 2,000 years, including various forms of herbal medicine, acupuncture, massage (Tui na), exercise (qigong), and dietary therapy. It is primarily used as a complementary alternative medicine approach. TCM is widely used in China and it is also used in the West.

The most common issues Chinese medicine is used for in the West are: womens' pre-menstrual syndrome (PMS); weight loss; migraine and chronic (long-term, recurring) headaches; loss of libido; stress and anxiety; insomnia.

I may have had a few bad experiences but unfortunately I am not that convinced. I went to see a Chinese medicine practitioner in London for weight loss and didn't see any results at all, despite shelling out a wedge of cash for a disgusting drink I had to take twice a day for a month. So gross I nearly got sick taking it. But in the end I saw no change. I also went for some treatments for neck pain and food testing. Again, shelled out cash and didn't see any results at all.
